@NavDey @Kirsty22962262 @FSAYA5 @HM_Passport When it prints search your passport ref in tnt final mile website (minus the PEX), you should be able to click rearrange delivery and select next day (this worked for me and a few others)

@whyte_grace @HM_Passport Exactly the same for me. Applied in January, received confirmation that my application had been received, took them until 25th February to tell me that Royal Mail had lost my old passport and they received an open letter with an apology from RM. Still waiting. So upset

@HM_Passport Hi, my sisters passport is in processing after having issues with old passport being lost by Royal Mail it’s been weeks now and no one seems to be able to help!! We fly out on the 15th April and started the process in plenty of time back in feb desperate here can you help please?

@EliseWo92009534 @HM_Passport If they could just indicate a timeline we could make a decision that impacts us least financially and emotionally. The not knowing and lack of information drives you nuts. Really upsetting.

@HM_Passport Just spoken to someone at passport office, my sons renewal was sent 11 weeks ago now, approved 23rd, the lady told me they are advising now it’s around two weeks for printing and delivering. We go in 7 days. I can only pray for a miracle now
