Today, I submitted a written request to Union Minister for Minority Affairs @KirenRijiju ji seeking the exercise of the Centre's supervisory powers to remove properties that have been illegally uploaded on the UMEED portal. The Waqf Board registered 404 acres of Munambam land on the portal without complying with the provisions of the Unified Waqf Management, Empowerment, Efficiency and Development (UMEED) framework and the applicable provisions of the Waqf Act. Under the law, only the Mutawalli is authorised to upload Waqf property records to the UMEED portal. In this case, that authority rests with Farook College. Yet, without following due process, the Waqf Board unilaterally registered the property. These violations have been formally brought to the attention of the Government of India, and we expect appropriate action at the earliest. The people of Munambam deserve justice, and we will continue to pursue every legal and administrative avenue until it is delivered. #APAKADAMPolitics

A Brahmin student being called a 'Pakistani' by Modi Bhakts shocked and rightfully hurt many people across ideological lines, including several from the Right Wing itself. Because suddenly, people realised how dehumanising that label is. But for years now, countless Indian Muslims especially those who speak up or question the government or criticise the PM are casually branded 'Pakistanis' or 'Bangladeshis' or a 'Rohingya'. Our loyalty is questioned, our identity is regularly mocked, our citizenship treated as conditional. And the society has normalised it so much that most people don’t even react anymore. An insult that rightfully outraged people when used against a Brahmin student is thrown at Muslims every single day without guilt or an outrage, or without any consequences. No Indian should have to constantly prove they belong to their own country. All thanks to the Media and the Politicians for Normalising this Hate against Indian Muslims.

What will happen if Muslims start objecting to and protesting Hindu festivals within housing societies? If causing offense is the new criteria, then Holi, Ganpati, and Diwali etc should be barred from society premises too. They claim Eid Al-Adha Bakrid sacrifices pose sanitation issues, a matter the BMC should simply regulate. But the Diwali severely impacts the environment and causes respiratory illnesses, while Ganpati noise pollution has even led to death in Pune.Why is there no equal and just Non-discriminatory law for everyone? Why is chaos manufactured only ahead of Muslim festivals? Why ignore historical truths and ground realities just to blindly follow BJP'S Hindutva politics? This is pure prejudice, and it benefits no one. Do not assume political regimes last forever; the atrocities and trauma we are forced to endure during our festivals will never be forgotten. Housing societies must have a single standard: either permit all festivals, including Eid, Bakrid, Ganpati, and Diwali, or ban all religious celebrations completely. Consistency, not selective targeting, is the only fair solution.! Anything else is pure bigotry, discrimination, and injustice!

Till now, the Waqf Board only dared to claim 404 acres of lands belonging to 600 Munambam Hindu & Christian families. But the moment the Congress govt took power, state Waqf under Congress immediately registered the 404 acres officially on the Umeed portal to start the process of snatching their homes. They warned us on day one itself that "On Kerala’s soil, the Muslim League will rule, The Muslim League will decide the laws…" The reality is here. The League's rule has officially begun.

These are just domestic tourists whose cities have been rendered unliveable by uneducated leaders that have cut all the trees, sucked out all the water - where air pollution is a constant, not a winter phenomena. They travel for a day of respite from harsh weather, only to get stuck on highways…
