An interesting caffeine.ai stat: since the release of v3, people are issuing 4X more build prompts. The majority of compute on ICP is now either directly related to Caffeine, or from onchain apps built using Caffeine. And this is just the start folks/agentic future.

In 2 hours with Claude Code, I built my own GitHub/Lab replacement running entirely on the ICP. Calling it GitChain. Git clone / pull / push / create straight to an ICP canister. Ed25519-signed. No corporate "support team" reading my shit. Beautiful. $ICP por4k-zyaaa-aaaai-rabnq-cai.icp0.io

hey @dominic_w, serious question, doesn't this flip the whole "oh shit I hardcoded a token" problem? Private repos on ICP, no GitHub staff, no leak scanners watching. Is @dfinity running something like this internally, or y'all still pushing to GitHub with the rest of us? lol

Loved how it turned out. Tomorrow I'm shipping: → optional vetKeys for end-to-end encryption → flip repo public ↔ private any time → chunked push so files >2MB don't hit the canister's request limit

A 90-day moving average analysis of $ICP shows the network is currently minting ~22.3x more ICP than it burns. In practical terms, for every 1 ICP destroyed through usage, approximately 22.3 ICP are issued via rewards. At current issuance and burn efficiency, the ecosystem would require roughly a 22.3x increase in burn activity to reach "break-even" point.
