@trentbartonland Please update the bus stop boards to say cancelled. Whilst I'm able to check twitter, there are vulnerable people who rely on these services, waiting hours with no info or alternative. I always inform fellow passengers but they shouldn't rely on a stranger to keep them informed!

@HPottinger I like to call this feeling "NHS guilt", something I think is more prevalent in admin & clerical colleagues, even more so during covid. We constantly ask ourselves if we can do more or less, but we need to remember how valuable we are, to someone or some part of the process.
