@YESBANK I am requesting for foreclosure of my loan.since there is no any option in the app and i am continuously sending emails and talking to customer care..so far no any update how to close it without visit any branch.even not getting any response on email.#poorcustomersupport

@YESBANK Never use YES Ban. There is no option in the YES Bank app for online foreclosure payment. Every time, you have to call or email customer support, and even then there is no proper response. I have been facing the same issue for the last 15 days without any resolution.
