Naav's stats for the last 28 days: -Traffic on the website: 600 👤 -Account created: 70 🫂 -Paying customers from that: 0 (they are in one month free premium trial) -b2b deals ended: 1 for 3 years Overall, we are very happy with the results. Considering that Naav is not funded, and is made only by our powers. We don't thrive for overnight success. We know that things take time. People often forget who they were when they started. And that's one of the stupidest things a human can do. You are never way too important to listen to somebody else.

@NavitechSystems Once they quit and open the business they are forced to improve, that's why I see the changes. I don't see changes in those who remain employees. Some of them already have the right mindset, in fact they are the ones who do side hustle.

When you build a startup, you face a lot of things that you wouldn't expect. You will do a lot of things that are not in your expertise. You will do more than a 9-5. But that's the beauty of it. Pushing yourself to your limits. Say goodbye to mediocrity. Embrace freedom.

When you enter in a room, you should consider yourself the dumbest person. Enter in the learning mode. Pay attention to everything that is said. Obtain knowledge that you can't find on Google. The knowledge that comes from experience.

@davmuz I guess almost everybody thought about doing that, but not many acted in that way.

@NavitechSystems The biggest changes in people I have seen in the employees who have gone into business for themselves

@NavitechSystems I would say the functionality, but if the design is severely neglected probably the UX is as well, and I would think the functionality would be full of bugs.
