ރިޔާސީ އިންތިޚާބާއި ރައްޔިތުންގެ މަޖިލީހުގެ އިންތިޚާބު އެއްދުވަހެއްގައި ބޭއްވުމުގައި ބޮޑެތި ފައިދާތަކެއް އެބަހުރި: އެއް ކަމަކީ ، ވެރިކަމަށް ކުރިމަތިލާ ފަރާތުން ނުވަތަ ވެރިކަމުގައި ހުރެ އިތުރު ދައުރަކަށް ކުރިމަތިލާ ފަރާތުން މަޖިލިސް ހޯދުމަށް ފޯކަސް ކުރާ މިންވަރު ކުޑަވުމުން ނުފޫޒުން އެއްކިބާވެ ރައްޔިތުން ބޭނުންވާ މަޖިލީހެއް ނެގުމަށް މަގުފަހިވުން. ދެވަނަ ކަމަކީ ، މަޖިލިސް މެންބަރު ހޮވުމަށް ވޯޓްދޭ ފަރާތަށް، އެ ވޯޓު ދޭ އިރު ވެރިކަމަށް އާންނާނީ ވޯޓް ދިން ކެނޑިޑޭޓު ނިސްބަތްވާ ޕާޓީކަން ނޭނގުން، އެހެންވުމުން މަޖިލީހަށް ކުރިމަތިލާ ކެނޑިޑޭޓުންގެ ތެރެއިން ރައްޔިތު މީހާ ހިތް އެދޭ ފަރާތެއް ހިޔާރުކުރަން ފަސޭހާވާނެ ކަމަށް ބެލެވޭ. ތިންވަނަ ކަމަކީ ، އިންތިހާބުގެ ފްރެޝަރަށް ސަރުކާރުގެ މެއިން ފޯކްސް އަބަދު ބަދަލުކުރަންޖެހޭ ޖެހުން ނިމުމަކަށް އައުން، އޭގެ ސަބަބުން ސަރުކާރަށް އެ ސަރުކާރެއްގެ މައިގަނޑު އަމާޒަށް މަސައްކަތް ކުރާނެ މާހުލެއް ގާއިމްވެގެންދާނެ. ހަތަރުވަނަ ކަމަކީ ، އިންތިހާބު ތައް ދައުރުގެ ގިނަ ދުވަސްތަކެއްގައި ބޭއްވުމުން ދައުލަތުން ނުވަތަ އެއިރެއްގަ އޮންނަ ސަރުކާރަކުން ކުރާ ހޭދަ، އިންތިހާބު ބާއްވާ ދުވަހުހުގެ އަދަދު މަދުވުމުން ކުޑަވެގެން ދިއުން. ފަސްވަނަ ކަމަކީ ، 2 އިންތިހާބެއް އެއްދުވަހެއްގައި ބޭއްވުމުން ކުޑަވެގެންދަނީ އިންތިހާބުތައް 2 ދުވަހު ބާއްވާނަމަ އިލެކްޝަނުން ކުރާ ހޭދަ އެކަނި ނޫންކަން، އޭގެ ބަދަލުގައި އިންތިހާބު ކާމިޔާބުކުރުމަށް ސަރުކާރުތަކުން ވަޒީފާ އިތުރުކުރާ ނިސްބަތް މަދުވެ، ޕާޓީތަކުން ކުރާ ހޭދަވެސް ކުޑަވުން. ހަވަނަ ކަމަކީ ، އެންމެ މުހިންމު އިންތިހާބު ބާއްވާ ދުވަހު ރައްޔިތުންގެ މަޖިލިސް އިންތިހާބުވެސް ބޭއްވުމުން ވޯޓުލާ މީހުންގެ އަދަދު އެތައް ގުނައަކުން އިތުރުވުން. އެހެންކަމުން ރިޔާސީ އިންތިހާބާއި ރައްޔިތުންގެ މަޖިލިސް އިންތިހާބު އެއް ދުވަހެއްގައި ބޭއްވުމަށް ތާއީދު ކުރެވޭ.

إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ޤައުމީ ދިފާޢީ ބާރާއި ދިވެހި ފުލުހުންގެ ޚިދުމަތުގައި 43 އަހަރަށް ވުރެ ދިގު މުއްދަތެއްގައި މަސައްކަތް ކުރައްވައި، އެ ދެ މުއައްސަސާގެ އިސް މަގާމުތަކެއް ފުރުއްވާފައިވާ، ޑެޕިއުޓީ ކޮމިޝަނަރ އޮފް ޕޮލިސް (ރިޓަޔަރޑް) ޢަބްދުއްޝަކޫރު ޢަބްދުﷲ އަވަހާރަވި ޚަބަރު އަޅުގަނޑު އަޑުއެހީ ފުން ހިތާމައާއެކު. އެއީ، ނޮވެންބަރު 3 ގެ ޢުދުވާނީ ޙަމަލާއިން ރާއްޖެ ދިފާޢުކުރެއްވުމަށް ހިތްވަރާއެކު ޖިހާދުކުރެއްވި ދިވެހި ސިފައިންގެ ލަޝްކަރުގައި ހިމެނިވަޑައިގަތް، އަދި ރާއްޖޭގެ ޖަލުތަކުގެ ޙާލަތާއި އިންތިޒާމުތައް ރަނގަޅު ކުރެއްވުމާއި މަސްތުވާތަކެތީގެ ވަބާއިން ޤައުމު ސަލާމަތްކުރެއްވުމުގެ މަސައްކަތުގައިވެސް އިސް ދައުރެއް އަދާކުރެއްވި ތަޖުރިބާކާރު ހަރުދަނާ ދިވެހި ދަރިއެއް. މުޅި ޙަޔާތްޕުޅުގައިވެސް ޤައުމު އިސްކުރެއްވި އިޚުލާޞްތެރިއެއް. ހިތާމައިގެ މި ވަގުތު، އެ ޢާއިލާއަށާއި ދިވެހި ސިފައިންނަށާއި ފުލުހުންނަށް ތަޢުޒިޔާ ދަންނަވަން. އަދި މާތްﷲގެ ތަނަވަސް ރަޙްމަތުގައި، ސުވަރުގޭގެ ދާއިމީ ނިޢުމަތުގައި މަރްޙޫމް ޢަބްދުއްޝަކޫރު ޢަބްދުﷲ ލެހެއްޓެވުން އެދި ހެޔޮ ދުޢާކުރަން.

PNC، JP, MDA, AP އަދި ކުރިން MDP އިންވެސް ތާއީދުކުރީ އެއްދުވަހެއްގައި އިންތިޚާބުތައް ބާއްވަން. އެއްދުވަހެއްގައި އިންތިޚާބުތައް ބޭއްވުމުން، ވަކިމީހަކަށް ނުވަތަ ވަކި ސިޔާސީ ޕާޓީއަކަށް ފައިދާ ވުމުގެ ބަދަލުގައި، އެކަމުގެ ލާބައާއި މަންފާ އޮތީ ޖުމްލަކޮށް ގައުމަށް އަދި ރައްޔިތުންނަށް. #Aanekey ✅

Had a very productive meeting with the Senior Vice President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Mr. Shohei Hara, where we discussed ongoing projects and initiatives in the pipeline. Maldives–Japan cooperation dates back many decades: • In 1966, the first batch of Maldivians participated in technical training programmes in Japan. • In 1982, the first batch of Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (JOCV) arrived in the Maldives, and to date more than 367 volunteers have served across the country making valuable contributions to our communities. • Japan has extended over JPY 35.8 billion to the Maldives through grant aid and technical cooperation, demonstrating its strong and continued commitment to the development of the Maldivian people. President Dr @MMuizzu attends the commencement of land reclamation at N. Vihafaru for airport development, as announced during the President’s tour of South Miladhunmadulu Atoll last year. This forms part of the Government’s efforts to promote tourism expansion and economic diversification regionally.

This morning, had a productive meeting with Ms. Akiko Okumura, Executive Vice President of the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO). We discussed investment opportunities, investor protection and incentive frameworks, as well as the recent amendments to the Foreign Investment Act and related matters. Japanese companies known for their quality & advanced technology, would be a strong match for the Maldives. We look forward to strengthening cooperation with @JETRO_info to promote mutually beneficial investment opportunities. 🇲🇻🤝🇯🇵
