A quiet shift is happening. Young Americans across the country are turning to faith, searching for truth, purpose, and something deeper than what modern culture has to offer. Churches are seeing rising conversions, especially among Gen Z, as many rethink what they believe and why. This shift is reshaping how the next generation approaches faith, meaning, and community.

Sometimes I get so frustrated with being right, I have to take little breaks away from being right because I get so flustered. My biggest agitation in life is being right more often than I am wrong. I have struggled with this my entire life. It keeps getting worse.

@Plucille54 @TrackAIPAC I know some of us have some work to do, but overall, I think this account is a net positive for us.

Say it ain’t so, Joe! After connecting yesterday, we sent you our response to the piece. It appears that you ignored us, so here it is: This piece mischaracterizes our methodology, and we strongly reject the suggestion that it is based on “vibes” or anything resembling an “occult calculus.” Our process is grounded in clearly defined, publicly stated criteria defined by how money, endorsements, and policy positions shape political behavior. The article attempts to frame core policy considerations as if they are the personal preferences of the org's two founders. That is a serious distortion. The positions we evaluate are clear, consistent indicators of alignment with the pro-Israel lobbying ecosystem: whether a candidate refuses to acknowledge the genocide in Gaza, whether they disavow BDS, and whether they support continued weapons transfers to the Netanyahu government without conditions. Treating those as arbitrary preferences ignores the substance of the policies themselves and the real-world consequences tied to them. The omissions in this piece are just as concerning. Angela Alsobrooks and Dave Min are both endorsed by and listed on the website of Democratic Majority for Israel (DMFI), a direct offshoot of AIPAC. Leaving that out removes a major piece of the influence structure from the analysis. When that level of context is excluded, it becomes difficult to take the critique seriously. As we have stated, our goal is to provide transparent, accessible data. We are continuing to improve how that information is presented. Moving forward, our graphics will clearly distinguish contributions from groups like J Street separately from more closely AIPAC-aligned entities, and will explicitly include the policy positions that factor into a red designation. These graphics are earned. They are not arbitrary and that is the purpose of this work.

You've probably seen these TrackAIPAC graphics that show which members of Congress are on the take from pro-Israel organizations and lobbyists. @JoePerticone breaks down their methodology, why it doesn't make any sense, and why you probably shouldn't pay much attention to them.
