Can't believe how excited Carolina fans are about Terrence Brown, a ridiculous gunner who is less than 30% from 3 in his career. Dude played for the 3rd best Utah (St. and Valley both better) and led his club to 22 losses last year.

North Carolina has 4 guards transferring—Derek Dixon, Kyan Evans, Luka Bogavac + Jonathan Powell. Last season they combined for: 2 dunks, 104 2PT FGM, 103 FTM Terrence Brown Jr last season: 20 dunks, 191 2PT FGM, 158 FTM Lots of reasons for this, still interesting nonetheless.

@matthewwinick the fear is Mingo won't be ready to start day 1 and b/c of that they weren't comfortable guaranteeing the kind of $$$ and role that Hubert had. plus the chatter of a package deal with his brother. It's a shame because I'm sure Mingo will be a great PG, but maybe not next year.

@matthewwinick Terrence brown and the other guys they're going to get will do fine. Terrence is a great player and has had college experience. Dylan was hurt almost all last season and didn't shoot well from 3 when he was. The guy who coaches the game actually sees something...

This may be a casual take but with Dixon likely heading to vandy and Denis probably not coming back. I’m kinda in the mindset that UNC should just stop Recruiting non 1 and done high schoolers. They just transfer anyway
