White people should get just as angry as any other group when their historical stories are rewritten and characters are cast as people who never would have existed in those times and places. Imagine the outrage if a movie about a Nubian king or Shaka Zulu was cast with Brad Pitt in the lead role. That director would be shut down, canceled, and run out of the industry overnight. We shouldn’t allow our history to be rewritten to fit woke politics. I, for one, will push back hard.
