#RoyalMail accepts parcel for return at PO. Parcel doesn’t move from PO on their tracking. I log a complaint in Sept, got reply today, it’s not their fault as it was sent via a pre paid label. They’ve taken so long to reply I can’t take it up with company I bought it from now. 🤬
