@davidbelle_ @Kyle32775753 For some it's a fine line between making it to a decent range and going hard enough, they reach failure too soon. Going for between 8-15 will almost always give you a nice pump and 1-2 RIR. At the end of the day, whatever works for your body is what you should be doing.

@andymilonakis Dude is mixing up raki with tsipouro. Depending on region, tsipouro has anise or not. Turkish raki is greek tsipouro. Cretan raki is a whole other thing
