@EastMidRailway @Kizzyetrance How can you say that when you know it isn’t true. Any person can easily look at the timetable you normally operate on a Sunday. I have looked at both the 17th and 24th May and between 6 and 10pm you run 8 trains, today you were running 4

@Needdm @Kizzyetrance This is our usual Sunday service, not amended or reduced. We have strengthened all available diagrams where stock availability has allowed. ^GE

So you reduced the service by 50% on the day of the London Marathon and a FA cup semi final and somehow didn’t expect chaos?

@ejnewstead @Kizzyetrance Hi, Elliot - as previously mentioned, all services are strengthened where unit availability allows. We do not have an unlimited number of units available at our disposal to strengthen every service. ^GE

@EastMidRailway @Kizzyetrance That’s a rubbish response. It should have been obvious that with the London Marathon and a FA cup semi final involving Leeds that your services should have been increased not reduced to an hourly service.

@Kizzyetrance We cannot control how many people board our services with flexible tickets, I'm afraid - we are currently looking into contingencies to ensure passengers are able to board services going North. ^GE
