I'm from a mining community on my street just my street - my friends Dad killed at the pit, next door but one neighbour killed down the pit, a lad in the year above me paralysed from the neck down, and my grandad died of the pit dust on his lungs at 58. The same rule applies to businesses moving from high cost locations to cheaper ones. They don't pay the high costs any more, they pay lower ones.
