It’s bound to fail. The live-action Lion King worked, despite being inferior to the original, because a 25-year gap meant a brand-new generation was ready for it. Moana, however, only came out 10 years ago, and its animated sequel is barely two years old. The target audience hasn't changed. I made this mistake in Noida extension. I flat was delivered (credit to Gaur) but the stress and the delays ensured I lost time and money. That mistake of few lakhs taught me a lesson to never buy under construction house. This is the reason why I never bought anything under construction in Toronto and that eventually saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars
