Thanks to the generous support of @EUinKenya , @UNFPAKen is working with grassroots orgs & communities in FGM hotspots on elimination of FGM through the #KomeshaFGMSasa project. The 3-year initiative supports community led action to change harmful norms that drive FGM.

The@EUinKenya @UNFPAKen and @gender_ke Cabinet Secretary @hannawcheptumo today met @ElgeyoMarakwetC Governor H.E. Wisley Kipyegon Rotich to discuss progress & opportunities in ending FGM in the county. The delegation was joined by @IrlAmbKenya, and partners working to #EndFGM.
