Really disappointed with Flipkart service.
I recently purchased a TV(Thomson phoenix 2025 Edition), but the product is faulty:
- Serial number on TV does NOT match invoice/sticker
- Netflix shows as “not compatible”
- Product looks fine externally but clearly has internal issues
I raised a return request within the return window, but despite multiple follow-ups, no action was taken. Now the return window has expired due to your delay.
I have also sent multiple emails to customer support and the grievance manager, but I am only getting repeated timelines with no resolution.
This is completely unacceptable.
Requesting immediate pickup and FULL REFUND.
If not resolved urgently, I will escalate this to National Consumer Helpline and consumer court.
@Flipkart please take this seriously and resolve ASAP.

Hi @Flipkart @flipkartsupport @FlipkartStories see again without any call and without any discussion your team has resolved issue… and automatic message that I have cancel the Technician visit although no one bothering to visit or even call? Each and every point will be shown in consumer court I promise.
@ThomsonTvIndia it was your Technician only who cancelled the appointment without my confirmed, what hell of service/support you guys have

Share timeline please, Company like you and flipkart should be aware about SLA, TAT and customer feedback…please confirm a timeline you guys will be back or else case be filled tomorrow morning if no response with timeline….each and every second mine dedicated in getting this fixed is costing me huge amount.
