Today in things that'll make your blood boil: Two grown biker bros were caught by a restaurant owner vandalizing his outdoor dining space. When he told them how much it cost him and what the fines would be, they mock him and walk away. They laughed as he threatened to call the police, knowing that there is virtually nothing the NYPD could do in the current environment, short of giving them a small fine. Meanwhile, the owner could be fined $25,000 for not cleaning their vandalism. Why would anyone want to bother opening a business under these conditions? This happened at a small Halal restaurant on the Lower East Side of Manhattan the other day, and was posted by the owner to his social media.
