I REPEAT: When a man requested FLOCK FOOTAGE of HIS OWN CAR, the CITY claimed it was a PRIVACY VIOLATION and DENIED his request. So Flock can SPY on you in a mass surveillance state but YOU cannot even see YOUR OWN data or surveillance footage of YOU YOURSELF. Make it make sense.
