The volunteers of the APIS organization tirelessly and enthusiastically train the ASYL-AMENA Basketball team on a weekly basis! Each week, the team is becoming stronger and more skilled, preparing themselves for the upcoming competitions. I never understood using gear such as belts and wraps to lift heavier weights. If the only way you can lift more weights is if you wear something, are you really stronger?
