I get that Middleton had a bad series, but this goal isn't his fault. He was blocking the pass to the play in the slot. At that point you rely on your goalie to take the shot away on the short side, which Wally absolutely did. It was just an unreal shot

Wild in a great spot. Won a series, have a young high end core full of stars. Now extend Q Hughes and find a play driving center (Thomas, Hughes, Matthews, Larkin?) Plenty to be optimistic about going forward. Billy’s a mad man. Full trust in him going forward.

Deserved to lose that one. Nothing but praise for #GoAvsGo they were the better team in this series and it wasn’t particularly close . A big offseason filled with many questions looms for Bill Guerin. Team took a big step forward, but it’s time to go all-in, time is now.
