A member of OPN Adv. Shri. Naveen Bamel had recently visited the said Museum and found Netaji's cap to be missing. No one at ASI could tell where the same was. I ask Justice Chandrachud why he permitted the survey of the Gyanvapi mosque in Benares, despite the law banning any change in the character of religious structures. ECI tells SC that they cannot provide the names of 65 lakh people who have been excluded from the draft electoral rolls in Bihar, nor “the reasons for non-inclusion of anyone in the draft electoral rolls for any reasons”.
