@wasdenbanias Thank you for fighting for E & L dependent visa holders to get their work authorization. The updated i94 will qualify as a List C document, our SSN applications are still pending (tied up with i765), can we use our passport as List A? #ead #L222 #L2EAD @USCIS

@wasdenbanias @AttyStevenBrown @blesjm1 How will @USCIS process the category of people with valid L2 visa who applied for their EAD and waiting for it’s approval? This petition does not mention L2 visa holder awaiting first time EAD approvals.
