It means more foreigners will be having more children for more benefits…
The Labour Party@UKLabour
From today, the two child limit is lifted. That means 450,000 children will no longer grow up in poverty.

@RestoreLichfiel @KEdge23 Any family impoverished will be able to claim.
Putting disabled folk into homes and asylums would cost more.
English

@Neil184340 @KEdge23 Yes.
1. Where is their family?
2. Why should they impoverish another family struggling on the bread line?
3. We used to have asylums and homes for this (back when we used to balance our budget)

@KEdge23 Benefits should be capped at whatever 80% of NMW is.
No non-working adult should be able to claim the same, or even nearly the same, as someone who is working even the most lowest paid job. So 80% NMW max.

English

@Askrigg_lad @BBCNews @UKLabour Exactly, labour seem intent on bankrupting the UK with their policy, tax the people who work and give it to those who don't

There is a woman on @BBCNews this morning complaining that she is struggling to cope because she is out of work and has FIVE children.
She says what a relief it is to get the extra money from @UKLabour with the removal of the two child benefit cap.
My very simple question is - why have FIVE children knowing she won’t be able to afford to look after them?
There is a very simple solution.
It’s called Birth Control.
English

@Askrigg_lad @BBCNews @UKLabour Her circumstances may have drastically changed since she had her children. A death,a job loss or an illness for example.
Nobody has a child in order to be able to claim approx 20 a week.
English

@sophielouisecc Nobody had a child in order to be able to claim less than £20 a week.
English
