@TICKETSMASTERUK is it deliberately impossible to speak to Ticket master? I have just been reminded about an event by email, logged on to see my tickets have been cancelled (no warning of this) I select the option to talk about this online and it doesn't work/nothing happens!

@WMSP does anyone in your organisation answer calls, emails or your online help. Zero responses, answerphone full. Simply trying to book the zookeeper experience we have already paid for. Your service level doesn't fillme with any confidence.
