Really weird behaviour, standing (often videoing themselves) hurling abuse at SAFC fans. Pathetic.
Went to the SoL derby in away end, walked around to away end from Metro at St Peters with SAFC fans, no hassle at all. Those escorted got cranks shouting behind fences.

@SockCouncil @Leegib81 Really can't understand the obsession with standing there for an hour before the game to watch another set of fans in an escort, just stay in the pub with your mates and have a pint. I can just about get the groups of teens, but there were families with dads & grandas videoing.

To be a lad from SR3 who picked up a camera not knowing what to expect. Here I am a few years later from the League One days to here now with my photo of Roker Lighthouse in the fabric of the shirt and capturing these moments for the lads on an incredible away day.

@TheDiddyman1 @SunderlandAFC I fear premier league tourist football mate, seen it in London Liverpool and Manchester thos season, clubs would rather a different fan every game. Dad takes bairn, its a seat, a shirt, a program, food and drink, maybe a tour. Repeat.
