Four first half goals put them in control. Jack Leonard, Jamie McLeod, Lewis Cowan & Jayden Gray all on the scoresheet in the first 45. At home they have won 9/17 league games, with four draws and four defeats completing their NL2 record to date in SR7. Lost 1-0 in October’s reverse fixture. Tom Lawson sent off late on for the Star. Jarrow 3rd | WWWDWD - They extended their unbeaten run to nine in league action after an 8-1 home hammering of Sunderland RCA last Saturday. Kieran Beattie, Ryan Hardie, Jay Barber & Luke Hudson all climbed doubles in the rout. They followed that with a Brooks Mileson Memorial Cup penalty defeat to West Allotment Celtic in midweek. Beattie again on target as he levelled things up on the half hour, but it ended 1-1 after 90 minutes. They have won 12/18 league games played on their travels, with three draws and three losses rounding out their NL2 away record to date. Those twelve away league wins are the joint most in Division Two - a record they currently share with leaders Redcar Town. A Luke Hudson spotkick eight minutes from time gave them a 1-0 win in the reverse fixture back in early October. ⏪LAST TIME// No corresponding NL2 fixture last season between the sides. 🔮OUR PREDICTION// Seaham have clicked back into gear with three straight league wins, and that first‑half blitz at Newbiggin shows how dangerous they can be when they start fast. Jarra, though, are operating at an even higher level right now - nine unbeaten in the league, twelve away wins, and an 8–1 demolition last weekend that underlines just how ruthless they can be. The Star will make this competitive at home and have enough attacking threat to land a punch or three, but Jarrow’s depth and confidence on the road give them the edge over the full 90.
