When Your Wife Goes Cold 1. Do not make your wife’s mood your compass. Measure yourself by whether you acted with reason, charity, and steadiness, not by whether she felt warm toward you that day. Every deliberate act should be ordered to the true good and ultimately to God, not to the immediate reward of emotional reassurance. 2. Ask: what good is missing here? When the marriage feels cold, do not treat the problem as a dark mystery. Evil is not a thing in its own right but a privation of a due good. So ask: what is absent here—peace, hope, justice, affection, gratitude, truthful speech, shared purpose? That question is usually more fruitful than “Why is this so awful?” 3. Correct gently because correction is an act of charity. If she is rude, dismissive, or contemptuous, do not explode and do not retreat into silence. Fraternal correction is an act of charity and mercy, regulated by prudence, using suitable words to turn a person from sin toward virtue. Say what happened, say how it affected you, and ask what is going on. 4. Lead with prudence, not impulse. Prudence is not caution in the weak sense. It is the virtue that applies moral truth to particular situations, and its acts are deliberation, decision, and direction. So before a hard conversation, think: What is the real problem? What is the right aim? What words will help? What concrete next step should follow? 5. Do not confuse cleverness with prudence. A man becomes falsely prudent when he grows strategic, manipulative, image-conscious, or merely efficient in pursuit of a bad end. If your “leadership” is really about controlling her reactions, avoiding discomfort, or securing sex, it is not prudence. It is cunning. 6. Master fear because fortitude holds you steady in difficulty. Fortitude makes a man unshaken from the right by danger or difficulty. In marriage, the danger is often not physical but relational: anger, rejection, separation, shame, loss. Fortitude means you still ask the needed question, still tell the truth calmly, and still choose the good without panic. 7. Master appetite because temperance protects love from pressure. Temperance moderates sensible pleasure; continence and meekness are its allied strengths. In practice, this means: do not turn affection into pressure, do not turn disappointment into seduction, and do not let sexual desire rule your conduct. A man who cannot govern his impulses will eventually make his wife feel handled rather than loved. 8. Treat your passions as energies to govern, not masters to obey. Passions are good in themselves but morally dangerous if left unruled. Fear, anger, and sadness can be checked by command of the will, by contrary thoughts, by lawful diversion, and by redirecting the mind toward higher goods. That means when you feel rage or despair, do something active and ordered before you speak. 9. Build habits because character grows by repetition. A habit is a stable quality that disposes a power toward good or evil. Men often want one heroic conversation to fix a marriage, but the deeper work is repetitive: daily steadiness, truthful speech, small acts of service, controlled reactions, prayer, restraint, follow-through. Repeated acts become the sort of man you are. 10. Carry burdens before you make demands. Charity produces external acts such as beneficence, mercy, and fraternal correction. So ask first: what concrete weight can I remove from her life? Take initiative with chores, logistics, repairs, children, scheduling, money, planning. Many men want closeness while still leaving the woman to carry the practical load of the home. Love moves outward into service. 11. Do not be negligent. Negligence is not just forgetting things. It is a defect of the inner act: a lack of promptness of will toward what you ought to do. So stop saying, “I meant well.” Ask instead: did I move promptly toward the good I already knew? Many marriages decay less from dramatic sin than from repeated negligence. 12. Speak truthfully about what you feel, but do not enthrone your feelings. Your feelings matter because they reveal how events strike you, and truthful speech belongs to virtue. But they do not become the final judge of reality. Use feelings as data, then submits them to reason, charity, and purpose. You can say, “That hurt,” without making hurt the ruler of the marriage. 13. Suffer meaningfully, not theatrically. Suffering is capable of becoming virtuous when endured with resignation and right intention. In marriage, that means you do not waste suffering by turning it into self-pity, grumbling, or passive aggression. You bear it patiently, learn from it, and let it purify what is weak in you. 14. Aim at the real end: a holy, truthful, rightly ordered marriage. The point is not to “win her back,” “keep the peace,” or “manage her moods.” The point is to bring your actions into right order under God. Once that is the aim, many decisions get simpler: tell the truth, remove pressure, correct charitably, carry burdens, pray, endure, and ask for the next right step. TLDR Be prudent in judgment, truthful in speech, merciful in correction, fortitudinous in suffering, temperate in desire, and steady in service.

Toplo povabjeni!

Our AI just flagged a client's entire business as inappropriate content. One of our clients manufactures adult wellness products. Legitimate company, eight-figure revenue. The moment we deployed AI to their CRM, everything broke. 340 of 412 deals flagged as "potentially harmful". The other 72 were only spared because their product descriptions were still empty. Half their contacts quarantined. Not for anything suspicious -- just inbound emails containing words like "intimate", "arousal", and "stimulation". Product inquiries. From purchasing managers. Their trade show leads got bulk-flagged because the event was called "Intimacy Expo 2026." A re-engagement email got blocked too. Subject line: "Ready for Round 2?" It was about a reorder. The CEO called me personally. "Your AI just flagged our entire European distributor as explicit content. They're based in Middlesex." We spent three weeks teaching the system that "shaft diameter" is a manufacturing spec. It works now. Pipeline is flowing. Deals are closing. But every now and then, a deal still gets flagged, and my engineering team has to explain to a room full of adults why the AI has a problem with the word "thrust" in a logistics context. Yeah, the future is intelligent. Just not always mature.

Imeli smo industrijo, znanje, red in odnos do dela. A to ni bistvo kapitalizma.

Devet neodvisnih testov, javna metodologija, javni rezultati. Noben test ne kaže na umetno inteligenco. Kdorkoli jih lahko ponovi. Odziv: Siol.net, naslov: "Kako lahko Janšev podpornik na nacionalni televiziji komentira nezakonite prisluhe?" Ne: "Ali je analiza pravilna?" Ne: "Ali je metodologija ustrezna?" Ne: "Ali so rezultati ponovljivi?" Ampak: kako LAHKO. To ni kritika. To je discipliniranje. Sporočilo vsem ostalim: če preveriš trditev oblasti, bomo razkrili tvoja politična stališča in te javno označili. Ustava RS, 39. člen: svoboda izražanja. 44. člen: pravica do sodelovanja pri upravljanju javnih zadev. Preverjanje trditev vlade o pristnosti posnetkov ni privilegij. Metodologija ostaja javna. In ta objava tudi.

My lawyer just admitted he hasn't read a contract in four months. Called him at 11 PM last night. Contract redline needed to go out by morning -- big potential client, tight timeline. He picked up on the fourth ring. Background was suspiciously quiet for someone who's "always at the office". Said he can't take it on. Completely swamped. Three closings this week. Thursday at the earliest. I pushed. Told him this client could be worth six figures annually. That we might need to reconsider the retainer. Long silence. Then a sigh. "Fine. I'll be honest with you. I hit my Claude Pro message limit earlier tonight. It doesn't reset until midnight." I asked what he meant. He said, and I quote: "I'm not reviewing a 43-page MSA with my actual eyes. It's 2026!" Hasn't read a full contract since November. Pastes them in, asks for a risk summary, bills by the hour. I asked what he'd been doing since 7 PM. "Reviewing case law." Pause. "On Reddit." I asked about his associate. "She's on the free tier. Useless after three messages." We waited until midnight. Redline was done by 12:07 AM. He charged me for two hours. I'm upgrading him to the Max plan for his birthday.

We just banned our employees from working. Effective immediately, @SellestialApp has adopted a strict No Manual Work Policy. All employees are now forbidden from performing any task themselves. Every deliverable must be produced by delegating to AI through one of three approved work modes: 🗨️ Chat -- for thinking 🤝 Cowork -- for doing 💻 Code -- for building Any employee caught typing a document, making a spreadsheet, or (God forbid) writing their own email -- will face disciplinary action. Why did we do it? We looked at the data and realized our people were still doing things. That's completely unacceptable in 2026. Key highlights of the new policy: → Meetings are now just prompts read aloud → Performance reviews are based on prompt quality, not output → The employee of the month is whoever burns most tokens → Our CTO has been replaced by a system prompt We believe this new policy will contribute to making us the first company to achieve Full Human Obsolescence™ while retaining a full headcount.

Am I going to sell more copies in Slovenian than English?
Giff Lasta@GiffLasta

It's official folks: In May, my family and I will be flying to Slovenia for two weeks. @Nejk0, who translated and promoted my book, tells me they've sold enough copies of the Slovenian edition of my book to host us. I'm told I'll have book signing events including a panel discussion in an auditorium of 350 people. Plus training workshops to spearhead the Slovenian chapter of Reforged Marriage. (Plus time to explore the country with my wife and my boys---maybe even an overnight side quest to Venice.) Aslan is on the move!
