No, not when MK/TBMC is rightly understood, and it can’t be rightly understood without learning how it’s done. What Dr. Kaufman seems to be referring to is Operation Mockingbird, for which MK Ultra is a misnomer. It’s very difficult reading, but the book “Chainless Slaves” by U.W. Ozian details in great depth how a dissociated alter/part is created in a person and the tactics used, which you can download here: organizedabuse.support/chainlessslave…. The author is a survivor of TBMC.

MK Ultra is not a conspiracy theory, and we are watching the effects of it in real time. Mass programming and MK Ultra are not the same. When the internal programs are trigged, say by a particular word, phrase, piece of music, sight of a certain object, etc., whatever action the alter was programmed to do is performed. The vast majority of serial killers in the US were MK victims who carried out a predetermined response to a trigger. This is absolutely incomparable to mass programming.
