So, I was expecting this show, talking through our thoughts on the demise of PFF, to be cathartic, but it really wasn't. I'm just left with a profound sadness about the whole thing. What was special to the people who built the company ultimately ends as just another cliche of corporate America. PFF was, at one point, a fantastic place to work where people cared about both the product and their co-workers. Management cared about the people in the company. It stopped being that somewhere along the way, and it was so avoidable. I'm sad for the people who lost their jobs in this most recent round of layoffs. I'm sad for those who lost them in previous rounds. I'm sad for the people who were forced to leave because they saw the writing on the wall, and I'm sad for the people who were sold off to a bigger company, who now have no long-term security. At one point, PFF had an incredible roster of talent. It still had many, many talented people even at the end, but all of that talent was wasted due to the actions of just a couple of people with more power than they had earned. RIP @Profootbalfocus. Ok, so the refs want: 1. Ludicrous raises instead of merely awesome raises 2. No accountability for bad performance 3. Get playoff assignments for being old I'm having a really hard time not siding with the league on this one.

With jones and mason on the roster, the rookie won’t get too many touches but that’s completely fine. Bring him along slowly and he’ll get more touches in 2027

Adam Schefter on the #Vikings re-signing Carson Wentz: “Maybe there's something to the Wentz signing that would dictate or influence JJ McCarthy's future but I don't view it that way... You can never have enough quarterbacks, that's how I view it.”

When you've run out of ways to screw up the franchise so need them to create more

I would say no but this would be fun.

The #Dolphins will have over $165M in dead money on their 2026 salary cap this upcoming season. More than $165M of a $301.2M cap will be devoted to players no longer on the team. That includes Tua Tagovailoa, Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle, Jalen Ramsey, Minkah Fitzpatrick, and several others.
