I’ll say it again, when there’s a piece of legislation that 80% of America agrees on and the leader of the senate is trying to tell you that he can’t get the majority party(95% of whom approve) to solidify 50 votes, you aren’t being represented, you are being ruled.

They’re baseline human values.
If your entire political identity is just resist at all costs, even when what you’re resisting is the lowest-hanging fruit for common ground - it betrays your true incentives: power over people. The American people deserve better.
