Washington Deputies Establish Probable Cause to Arrest Jonathan Lee Riches, aka JLR, Following Reported Domestic Assault nerdbirdmafia.com/washington-dep…

Police noted in the Washington report that five officers observed sufficient evidence, including visible injuries to the victim, establishing probable cause to arrest Jonathan Lee Riches, also known as JLR.

Among the allegations in the protective order Magnolia sought against JLR are strangulation, a broken nose and septum that allegedly required surgery, and claims in her filing that JLR threatened to kill her if she reported him. All on Christmas Day.

On Dec 24, JLR posted a photo of himself with Magnolia in Washington. By the following day, an incident had unfolded that led to a police report, an ex parte motion granted for Magnolia, and JLR being served in Florida on January 23. “Respondent always wears a black ball cap.”

On Tuesday, an Arkansas judge granted Magnolia a three year no contact protection order against JLR, her ex, following serious allegations that surfaced during the Travis Decker case in Washington state.

Police in Pima County are asking for the public’s help locating 68-year-old Sally Ann Farina, who was last seen near Orange Grove and La Cholla after leaving Northwest Medical Center on her own on March 14. Investigators said Farina has mobility challenges. She is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, about 100 pounds, with grayish-brown hair and green eyes. Anyone who has seen her or knows where she may be is urged to call 911 immediately.

If the perp was at Nancy Guthrie’s door before Jan 31, why wouldn’t she have reported it? She may have had limited mobility, but still had her wits about her, and she would have received a notification if someone had been standing there acting suspicious. youtu.be/E_A0PObo1j4

Kelsey Fitzsimmons will not face a jury when her trial begins Monday. On Wednesday, Essex County Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Karp accepted the North Andover officer’s decision to waive her right to a jury trial and instead proceed with a bench trial. A jury trial means a group of jurors hears the evidence and decides whether the defendant is guilty or not guilty. A bench trial means the judge hears the evidence and makes that decision instead.
