The ease with which you lie to the public is disgraceful. You claim you obtained a copy of the rental contract between State Farm Stadium and Charlie Kirk/TPUSA through an Arizona Public Records Act request. That is impossible.
And let’s clear up another falsehood: AZSTA does not ‘oversee’ State Farm Stadium — they own it. But they don’t run it. Day-to-day operations and rental contracts are handled by ASM Global, a private management company, along with the Cardinals’ affiliates. That makes those agreements private business documents, not public records.
The history proves this. AZSTA fought the City of Glendale in court over stadium parking and event rights, ending in a 2016 settlement. In that agreement it states: “AZSTA shall have the right to impose, collect, and retain fees in AZSTA’s sole and absolute discretion.” Government agencies don’t sue each other like corporations — but AZSTA did, because it acts as a landlord with private business interests, not as a transparent government office.
Here’s where you really messed up. You’re right — some AZSTA employee probably won’t see your post. But they don’t need to. Anyone who knows how the stadium is structured understands ASM runs the building, not AZSTA. Which means your ‘public records request’ story collapses on contact.
Arizona’s Public Records Law only applies to records in the possession of a government agency. ASM Global’s rental agreements are not public records, period. Which makes your claim a lie.
Now, since you built your story around this fake contract, I’ll do what you can’t — post the actual rental list. Images of it anyway. And at this point I do not give a shit who reports me. I am so sick of the made up lies.
