READ: NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio is shuffling $300 million in payroll for 5000 school cops to the Department of Education to make it look like he’s “defunding” the NYPD. He’s an absolute disgrace. As is the fact that there is 1, let alone 5000 cops in NYC schools. Get them out.

An anonymous source in the Mayor's office confirmed to us that, while negotiations are still ongoing, the majority of proposed cuts foist cops' payrolls onto other agencies in order to give the illusion of defunding.

According to testing numbers from @ALCorrections, less than 1% of the state prison population in Alabama has been tested for COVID-19. That number is way too low. Testing has to be increased to save lives. #ReleaseNOW
