You need to verify basic tasks, like adding an event to a calendar, to ensure it was actually added. Even if I ask if an event is definitely there, it lies, saying that it is, and only after screenshotting the calendar does it acknowledge the mistake and add the event, complaining that the tools didn't work properly.
