I’ve spent a decade telling people to do what I do: "Buy and Hold." Now I've decided to list my entire real estate portfolio for sale and walk away. It started slow. The bills, the maintenance, the tax increases... but the final straw was when I tried to develop an ADU to do exactly what the city of LA claims it wants investors like me to do: Create more housing. You'd think they'd make it easier, but after two delayed inspections, a sewer pipe replacement that needed 75 days advance notice, and a city-owned tree that became my responsibility, I'd had enough. The identity of being a real-estate guy is very hard to walk away from, trust me. For a long time, I stayed just because real estate was my "thing." It’s how I started. It’s what I’m known for. It led to every good thing in my life. But that blinded me to the fact that just because something served me in the past, it doesn't mean things haven't changed in the present. The reality of 2026 finally stripped the emotion away. My LA rentals are netting about 4-5% after the constant background noise of taxes, insurance spikes, and repairs. Meanwhile, a risk-free Treasury pays 5%. The trade-off just doesn't make sense any more. I’m reallocating to a liquid portfolio that actually lets me focus on the work I love. People saying Pierre should step down are acting like we’re still in the old Canada. We’re not. Carney just pulled off something that’s never been done before—using a loophole to build a majority—and instead of outrage, it’s getting applause. And now those same people want to turn around and lecture everyone else about how politics is “supposed” to work? No. You don’t get to break the system, benefit from it… and then demand everyone else respect rules you just blew up. The precedent has changed, old “norms” no longer apply. You cheered for it, and were excited for this, don’t stop now…

Canada is about to be ruled by an unelected majority who have shown themselves to silence dissent through lawfare, financial sanctions, and excessive force. I admit, this one shocked me. Buckle up.

For anyone who doesn’t know what’s happening in Canada right now, Conservative politicians are being given backroom deals—or being blackmailed—to switch parties and prop up the Liberal Party of Canada into a majority government This is the equivalent of Republicans flipping to Democrats, building an unelected majority, and ramming through extremist policies no one voted for Throw in the hardcore censorship bills they’re passing at the same time, and it’s like those now official new democrats then banning free speech, fast-tracking social media “hate crime” prosecutions, and doing whatever the hell they want… because your vote no longer matters They could turn all of Texas blue overnight and ram through the most extreme, democracy-ending policies—and you’d have no say in it Every single person should have a serious issue with this, regardless of political preference or affiliation

Huge Anthropic leak just dropped: the entire Claude Code CLI source is now public. A misconfigured .map file in their npm package exposed a direct download link to the full unobfuscated TypeScript codebase from Anthropic’s own R2 bucket. Discovered by Chaofan Shou (@Fried_rice), the dump is massive 1,900 files, 512,000+ lines including the complete tool system, 50+ slash commands, multi-agent coordinator, React/Ink terminal UI, IDE bridge, permission engine, and several unreleased features. @mrZeku2000x @Base44 Eventually yes, partially it can do this now. I did it last week by telling SuperAgent about my Base44 app and it was able to get some control ober it to inject code and do some things for me with a lot more context, skills, and autonomy than the regular agent.

Thats cool. But will it have the ability to talk to regular base44 agent and can tell it to build apps . So user just text super agent. I want you to build a app that……… and it will continuously create the app. User woukd set limits on how much credit usage is. And superagent would become the architect. Thus helping the new users to vibe code if they dont have any idea what they are doing.
