The Nets are in a terribly difficult position (in terms of tanking) to close the year. The outcome of these games will likely determine their odds heading into the lottery this summer. Absolutely imperative they lose. The number one odds aren’t out of reach just yet.

With 13 GR the Nets have the easiest schedule remaining in the NBA having 4 games left vs Pacers, Wizards, & Kings. The Pacers (2nd), Jazz (8th), & Wizards (9th) are in the top 10 for toughest remaining schedules. @NetsKingdomAJ

I think a top 8 pick IS pretty close to guaranteed. Assuming that Nets fall no lower than 4 in lottery odds which seems their floor. Jazz is now 2.5 games behind Nets with 13 to go. Nets would have to go on a winning streak.
