CCNA update: Got tired of reading and doing packet tracer lab. I factory reset my switch over a week ago. Firing up my Cisco router, connecting the two devices and will be labbing with some assistance from Perplexity.

In my packet tracer labs I had the Native VLAN set to normal unused VLAN, but perplexity said I could set it the same as the Management VLAN, but for max security choose a different VLAN...?

Heyyyy, did my first Home Lab.
-Set up ROAS, with dot1q subinterfaces.
-Configured and named vlans on the switch.
-Configured the trunk link and set up the native vlan.
-didn't have devices to connect to but I've done that in packet tracer numerous times.
