Now, over 15 months later, the three cases against the 150 Centre St project have been dismissed. The funniest part being, they were dismissed because these NIMBYs filed suit well beyond the 30-day window allowed to appeal the BPDA's decision. Let's get this housing built.

Less than a year post-shutdown, slow zones are creeping back on the 🔴 Ashmont Branch. Hotfixes are great politically and deliver immediate improvements for riders, but don't be surprised when the T has to come back and fix these properly in the future.
