In Japan, most companies pay salary on the 25th of every month.
Not the end of the month, not biweekly — specifically the 25th. (Some do month-end but 25th is super common)
Why? Honestly not entirely sure, but it’s so standardized that:
• ATMs are PACKED on the 25th
• Rent is often due on the 27th-30th (gives you a few days)
• Everyone’s broke by the 20th of the next month lol
Also Japanese companies don’t do direct deposit confirmations or pay stubs in your email — you just check your bank account on the 25th and it’s there.
The 25th has become this collective payday rhythm across the whole country.

Opinión impopular:
Dejar de lado lo que amas solo porque “ya no es para tu edad” no es madurar, es rendirse.
Jugar, crear, emocionarte, compartir esas pasiones con tus amigos o con tu pareja… eso no es cringe, es VIDA.
Triste es apagar todo eso únicamente por presión social.

Opinión impopular: Los millennials de 30–40+ que siguen jugando a ser jóvenes no son cool es cringe y adultocentrismo que desplaza voces y quita espacios de quienes hoy sí lo somos. Asumir la edad también es responsabilidad política, señor sin pelo.
