A person asked Jesus, “What is the greatest commandment?" Jesus answered his question, while also giving the meaning of life along with it. "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment.

God doesn't want religion, He wants RELATIONSHIP. Why should we as people be any different? It's ALL about relationships, religion doesn't save people. Jesus does. Jesus LOVED us and in order to love others, you have to be in relationship. That's where it all starts.

Today is the start of Easter week! This Sunday we get to welcome HUNDREDS of people into our buildings that normally do not go to Church. They have an opportunity to encounter Christ and be forever changed. Say a prayer for them today.

We talked about the "Gut" triad yesterday: types 8, 9, and 1 on the Enneagram. If you are one of these three, make sure to prioritize three things: pursuing needs, assuring well-being, and being grounded in self and the world. This is how we can best love Jesus and others.
