@_BarbatosLupus_ @Wario64 Be as it may it now aligns itself with Asus ROG Ally X in pricing which is far more competitive now with the hardware specs with only a $50 price gap between the 2. The flip side is Asus hasn’t bumped its handheld price up yet making it a far better deal with 1TB of storage.

@NewmanOnGaming @Wario64 Valve subsidized and had government aid to cover the costs of not making it expensive for the consumer and also they make their losses back by sales of their software which are video games. They cant do that anymore because the pc component price increases affect everyone

As much as I love the deck, these prices are way too insane. Might as well just hold off for a while on PC stuff.

@DBDFLOODS Film skins would still be tied to F13 game for digital likeness rights. They would have to be vague interpretations of said skins to even be entertained for DBD content unfortunately.

@gaming_cores I believe for the movie skin designs for video games they will most likely have to get the digital rights for Jason’s likeness from paramount. Those rights are split 6 ways from Sunday.

Welp this chapter just went from a 10/10 to a 7/10 immediately. Doesn’t Jason Universe literally own all the movies except for part one? Why was MultVersus allowed to use movie outfits but not DBD?

According to Creators, who were given information by BHVR, this Jason is an original interpretation sort of like Ghost Face. He is not the same Jason as from the F13 movies, and his lore will probably be changed to reflect that.

@mandyandtrish1 @EpicDaylight Use of film rights 2-8 is a bit of a slippery slope as I believe they have control of certain aspects of said films rights , but not in their entirety but rather in smaller parts of said rights. Larry Zerner would know far more details on the idiosyncrasies of what is usable.

@EpicDaylight Friday the 13th parts 2 - 8 are owned by Paramount Pictures. Hence, why Jason Universe made a new Jason design. If Paramount Pictures was not in talks with DBD during the license agreement with the Jason Universe. No Movie cosmetics may be used.
