Dear @Delta For many weeks, I had a reserved aisle seat for a long international flight. But with no notice, I was switched to a middle seat. The representative & supervisor I talked to were of little help. While you have bigger issues on your plate, I am still disappointed 😔

Some personal news. For real. I’m doing one of these. Deep breath… After 12 years at The Wall Street Journal, I’m leaving. Twelve! I’m starting my own consumer-tech media company, building a new home with the same mission I've always had: help real people navigate the tech (and AI) changing their lives. It would make for a great exit story if I said I was leaving the Journal because of some big fallout—and the office printer system slowly poisoned me. The Journal changed my life. Thank you to the many people I can’t possibly list here and to everyone who watched my WSJ videos, read the columns, argued with me in the comments and made this the most fun job in the world.
