Investigators believe the shooting arose from an altercation between two groups of teenagers who know each other. One of the males who sustained gunshot trauma has been released from the hospital, while another remains under treatment. This remains an active investigation.

ARREST MADE: The Tucson Police Department has arrested an 18-year-old in connection with the shooting at Park Place Mall. Anthony Rene Bustamante was taken into custody near 12th Avenue and West Irvington Road after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
