If your ISP’s router is really old and cheap (which most of them are), turning off the Wi-Fi from inside the menu {could} reduce your jitter and packet loss in CS2. Lowering the electromagnetic noise from the cheap router’s board could give you more connection stability. Yesterday, I used a spare router and configured it in AP mode to serve Wi-Fi only and my jitter got better.

@fREQUENCYCS @FPSHEAVEN I got a"new" router from them 1 week ago and it didnt reduce anything. Alot of people in my home are using the wifi so not sure if I can do this 😔

@NexiusCS2 I am looking for a good QOS router so that i can learn about the cake algorithm and all that fancy stuff. My friend got a 300 dollar Mikrotik device from his job and its great but requires too much hustle..

If you have packetloss or jitter issues in CS2, please shift tab , look on the top right and see if you are routed through Vienna. This post is for people mostly living in the Balkans like me. Every time i get routed through Vienna, i get packet loss. Direct connection to Frankfurt is perfect for me. No packetloss or jitter.

Played our deciding game in open qualifier of @GalaxyBattleCS today and lost 1-2 versus 'premdesan7' (this game would have given us a spot in the play-in and therefor our VRS rank...) During the game we became suspicious of certain 'unusual' clears and plays. We made over our strong doubts to the TO (mid-game). We hope that ESIC will investigate this case asap.
