Our Channel Validator is designed to verify official Nexo communication channels rather than individual email addresses, so personal mailboxes won't return a match. At the moment, the only emails indexed in the tool belong to our Relationship Managers, the broader Nexo team isn't included in the scope. That said, this is useful feedback.
