Hello #AcademicTwitter! Reintroducing ourselves - #NPSP is a psychology mentorship program, open to all and centering the experiences of underrepresented students (eg BIPOC, low-income, first-gen, disabled, LGBTQIA+). Follow for updates on workshops, panels, and other resources!

@CissyTabin32104 When sending a “cold” email to a prospective advisor, keep it brief! Include 1-2 sentences about yourself, state that you’re applying to their lab, thank them for reviewing your application, let them know you are happy to connect about any questions. Make sure to attach your CV!
