@nextofficial OMG I have complained about awful service in Next and their customer services personnel through WhatsApp starting asking for my bank details to refund me £300 is this a joke ?

@nextofficial need to sort their colleagues out because why’s she ROLLING nice clothes instead of folding them neatly. Don’t even get me started on the way she spoke down to me 😭

@nextofficial I ordered online on 17th Feb. For Next Day Delivery. Since then I’ve had issues with Evri. Stated on 18th they couldn’t deliver so i re-routed to a parcel shop. No updates since 19th Feb. Tracking not updated. Evri chat bot is useless. Still no parcel.

@nextofficial how long am I supposed to hang on to a neighbour’s delivery? Evri dropped off on Sunday but they’ve still not been over to collect!

@nextofficial I made the mistake of taking in a neighbour’s package on Sunday but heard nothing since & it’s still sat here. How long am I supposed to keep it until I can send it back?

@Next_Custserv I brought it to your attention in early January and customer service has supposedly been working on resolving this since then. I will never order from you again.

@nextofficial shocking customer service not did my partner get dead flowers delivered for valentine's items missing now they tell me that they aren't being refunded....think I will be going to trading standards on this

@nextofficial You charged me $521 for a coat you never sent me. I've been trying to get a refund since January.

@nextofficial hi, you've just cancelled my order due to no availability. It was a total of £19 and you've only refunded me £5 - why is that? The entire order has been cancelled, not just part of it.

@nextofficial good morning.. has my delivery arrive today and the items are exactly as ordered but the colours don’t match . It’s a table and chairs . On the website they are showing together as seem to be the same colour . Could I get some advice please ?
