@davedoo1974 I am sorry you are having connection issues! Please try the following for a strong signal connection: 🔧 Remove the antenna from your iQ. Reattach the antenna and ensure a strong connection. ❇️ Press the reset button on the top of the camera for 10 seconds for a hard reset.

@NextbaseDashCam Dreadful Customer Service! I’m paying for a service I’m not getting. Told I was going to blast return for service label if I completed my details in the form. Eight days later and no form. My alarm hasn’t worked since 8th October!!! Not happy!

@NextbaseDashCam are the worst. I've been trying to organise a return of a camera for a week. No one ever responds to the ticket. No one answers the phone. No one responds to chat. Never again and I advise anyone else to never buy from this company.

@NextbaseDashCam surely this isn’t a normal thing to happen ? Jumped into my van this morning and the screen has separated from the camera body (7 months old) it was hot yesterday but even so not excessive Your bot wasn’t very helpful either 🤦🏻‍♂️ Any advice would be appreciated 😊

@nextbase @NextbaseDashCam I’ve had my 622GW and rear window camera for just over a month. Hasn’t worked correctly from day 1. I have a support case open but as it stands now it’s not working as intended. Is it just me? How do I get it replaced or my money back?

@roy_scorer Hi Roy 👋 Does the issue happen when removing all accessories? Unplug your rear camera, remove the SD card, and press the reset button (small grey circle button on the bottom of the camera). Does it come on for you without the fuzzy screen? DM us with your results 🙌
