Finality is the one part of a blockchain you can't appeal. On DAC, it will sit with the supervisors staking the most DACT, while light nodes keep access open and validators handle the confirmation. Whoever seals your transaction should have the most riding on it.

The BIS says rising fees and congestion are permanent features of blockchains, because validators get paid from the fees you send. DAC splits that apart. DACT handles staking and governance, while DACC powers execution and gets minted by the network to reward validators.
